Traditional

I had avoided traditional media for the longest time--I was afraid that the skill I had gained through digital art wouldn't transfer over to physical mediums. Ironically, I was introduced to the art world through traditional work--my mom is a local mixed media artist. Seeing her work, along with others in my family, was daunting. I felt I couldn't compare to their abilities and skillsets. However, when I took the leap of faith, traditional mediums took my breath away.
